This week at I Heart Faces the theme is Blue! Yay! I’ve been so excited for this theme for a while now. In August, we had gone down to the football stadium to take some family photos. I had the perfect picture all picked out, but then I realized that my sister took that picture! Dang!
So I had to go back through our pictures from that day and I remembered about this one. I had my camera set on the timer for a series of pictures just for fun. I love how Aaron and I are just walking and talking about… something. I love the look on Summer’s face, she’s just taking it all in. It’s a rare treat to be able to walk on the blue field!
Check out I Heart Faces for some more great Blue pictures!
So many things to love about this picture! I love how I can see the whole moon, not just the side lit up. I love the stars that I didn’t know I caught. I love the dark blue sky. I love the moonflare at the top. I love the church steeple pointing to the heavens. I love how this reminds me of how much I am loved by my Heavenly Father. I love how He gives me these beautiful things to remind me.
We have had some gorgeous sunsets this week, so I thought I’d grab my camera and pop putside to catch a few pictures. I have a bunch of gladiolas in my front yard, we planted them very late this year so they are just now blooming. They are so pretty! I just love them!
We are still working very hard on getting our website done. It is amazing how much work goes into putting something like this together! But it has been so much fun and I can’t wait to share it with you! Very, very soon…
This week the theme is Contemplative at I Heart Faces. I decided to switch it up this week and try to find a picture of Summer. It’s so hard to get her to let me take pictures of her… she hates to have any pictures taken! This is a rare moment where she is not giving me the look of death! I thought this one was perfect for this week’s theme. They need to do a “Cranky” theme some day! I would sure have plenty of pictures of Summer to pick from for that!!
