Last week in Autumn’s kindergarten class, they made Monster Toast for their snack! Since then, Autumn has been begging me to do monster toast for breakfast! So we did! It is such a fun and easy snack to do with your kids!
All you do is put a tiny bit of milk into small bowls or cups, and add 2 to 3 drops of food coloring in each bowl. We did the basic colors: red, blue, yellow and green. Toast pieces of bread and then let your children paint monster faces on them! I toasted them again when they were done to warm them up and dry the milk paint. Spread some butter on and enjoy!

We do this at work every year too (but with condensed milk b/c it’s a little thicker), the kids LOVE it! Looks like it kept the girls busy for awhile.

I saw the photo before I read your text and I thought, “What are they doing?” Ha! Very cute idea. Wish I knew this when my kids were small.

That looks so fun! I’ve never heard of that before. I’m just guessing, but I think that Jared would really like to paint his food!
