Yes, I said winners! I’ll get to that in a moment! Today has been a great birthday so far! My sweet husband let me sleep in a little this morning and when I got up my girls surprised me with the cutest birthday cards they made themselves! This afternoon I get to go to Autumn’s school assembly where they are giving out awards. Autumn’s teacher is giving her an award for “Responsibility.” I love it!! And tonight I get to go on a date with my sweetie to New Moon! I am so excited! They were so thoughtful to release the movie on my birthday! They just knew that would make my day!

This week at I Heart Faces the theme is Autumn Beauty. Well… I do have an Autumn and she sure is a beauty! I just love this picture of her. I call this “Autumn Fairy”…she reminds me of the Flower Fairies painted by Cecily Mary Barker. She has such a way about her, not even posing for me, she comes up with these kinds of photos… I absolutely love this about Autumn!

I pull into the driveway after picking Autumn up from school and as I was getting the girls out of the truck, I look down at my driveway and notice all the pretty little sparkles from the sun! I love sparkles. Sparkles make me happy. Especially when I notice them in places I don’t normally look at. Like my driveway. It’s dirty, grey, and boring, normally. But today it had a little surprise for me! Thanks driveway and warm, yummy sunshine!
