Today I go in my back yard looking for stars to photograph. I find a dragonfly leaf formation instead! I love it!

This is the mess that is my flower bed at my front door. I apologise for the gross, wet, dead leaves but my creativity is out the window today with a migraine. :)

Today I had the wild idea to detail my stove. It is so sparkly and clean now! It was sure a tough job! I haven’t cleaned it in … a long time! ;)

Jumping into “Through the Viewfinder” Photography

Last week I received my vintage cameras I ordered for “through the viewfinder” photography. I’m so excited to try something new! This is my very first shot that I took. I rigged up a light-blocking tube, you can actually see the leftovers in the corner here! There is lot I need to learn, but I love it!

I made my tube last night, so I was so excited for daylight to try more ttv shots! This is our weeping cherry tree in our backyard. I used Florabella textures on it.

Scarlett – Soft Light mode – 69% opacity
Mai Tai – Overlay mode – 100% opacity (I desaturated this texture a bit before applying it this photo)
